Since March 2020, Tom has dedicated his career exclusively to fighting for injured victims in civil matters, with a focus on serious injury claims. In addition to handling thousands of personal injury matters, he has supervised and trained dozens of attorneys, ensuring that the legal teams he leads deliver exceptional results. At Southwest Trial Lawyers, Tom is committed to providing attorneys and paralegals with the support and resources they need to deliver superior service to every client. Previously, as a Maricopa County prosecutor of Major Crimes, he developed a passion for serving the Arizona community and protecting victims from those who would take advantage.

Tom moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2009 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University. He immediately fell in love with the city and later graduated on academic scholarship from Phoenix School of Law in 2012. Tom has always committed himself to producing superior results no matter the challenge.

When he is out of the office, Tom spends his time with his family traveling, hiking, and fishing.
