Tom McCarty is an aggressive attorney with extensive trial, litigation, and high-stakes negotiation experience, including many dozens of trials, including some lasting multiple weeks. Tom enjoys complex problem solving and the thrill of the courtroom.

Since March 2020, Tom has dedicated his career exclusively to fighting for injured victims in civil matters with a focus towards serious injury claims. Previously, as a Maricopa County prosecutor of Major Crimes, he developed a passion for serving the Arizona community and protecting victims from those that would take advantage.

Tom moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2009 after graduating from Pennsylvania State University. He immediately fell in love with the city and later graduated on academic scholarship from Phoenix School of Law in 2012. Tom has always committed himself to producing superior results no matter what the challenge.

When he is out of the office, Tom spends his time with his family traveling, hiking and fishing.
